Holiday Inn Binghamton-Downtown Hawley Street, an IHG Hotel

The front desk staff was extremely helpful from check-in to check-out. They answered all my questions quickly and accurately and seemed genuinely concert about my satisfaction.

Breakfast was very good, with adequate well-prepared selections and a variety of options. The room was a spacious restaurant very clean with tables already set.

Size of room was great. Mattress on pullout sofa could be more comfortable. I’ve seen better sleeper couches. I felt bad for my teenage son. Otherwise the property was exactly what we expected.

This hotel was amazing! The hotel was exceptionally beautiful , clean and comfortable. I cannot thank enough the front desk staff, Mark and Susan. They were not only helpful, but went that extra mile to ensure all our needs were met ( and with a smile)! We have stayed at other hotels in the area but this one was in a perfect location where we were just a short and safe walk to a lot of nice restaurants. We will most definitely be staying here again when we are back and town. This is a exceptional hotel
