It's across the street, and down 1 or 2 blocks from the LUMA Light festivities. We did not need an uber. We asked for a river front room the day before and we were granted one on arrival for no extra $. The room was clean, but there was large sreaks on floor. I think it was candle wax. I took a pic and showed them, so they didn't think it was us. They asked if we wanted another room instead. THE BREAKFAST IS TOP TEIR for the free coupon we got, and their was even a server, who Poured our OJ, and brought hot coffee. Coffee was good too. 👍 fresh fruit on buffet, so bonus! Also, we had our dog, and it wasn't an issue.

Everyone at this hotel was kind and professional. Jeff at the front desk helped when we were given the wrong room and upgraded us in less than 5 minutes of arriving. The rooms are extremely clean and cozy. Location is perfect for visiting our BU student. Breakfast was delicious every morning. The pool is much larger than we are use to in our travels with live plants and towels provided. We have stayed in 5 our hotels in the area and this one is by far the best and where we will return to for all of our future frequent trips to upstate.

Staff was so nice and pleasant really great customer service, the hotel was gorgeous we had a great dinner there and amazing breakfasts while there, loved the comfy rooms and how quite it was, really was better than we imagined.

The suite was roomy and comfortable beds, clean and nicely decorated. Parking was great. Right in downtown Binghamton. The water view was pretty. Staff was friendly and helpful

I book this hotel for my extended family in the last moment because the reservation I have close to the university was canceled by the hotel due to a pipe burst. This hotel l was clean and people very helpful.

The front desk staff was extremely helpful from check-in to check-out. They answered all my questions quickly and accurately and seemed genuinely concert about my satisfaction.

Room was great. Very clean. Beds/linens very nice. Very comfortable. But the bathroom was outstanding and one of the nicest I've had for a hotel stay. Spotless all glass doors. Super clean.
